I have used this company for shared web hosting for around 14 years now since I started learning web development. My experience with their shared hosting service has been great and I am now moving to their dedicated server service which I am very excited!

The world of websites is sometimes complex and frustrating and I'm glad to say Storm Internet were willing to listen and understand even when technical issues seemed very confusing at times.

I have had a managed server package with Storm for over 2 years and had no issues. Last week our website was hacked causing thousands of emails to bounce back and flood our systems. Salim and the team at Storm, were straight on it and had the issue under control before any commercial repetitional damage could be done. Job well done, much appreciated at an extremely stressful time.

I cannot rate Storm Internet highly enough. I have been a customer for 2 years now, doing masses of research before picking them as my web host. I have not regretted my decision in the slightest and have just signed up for my 3rd year. I am not very techy (learning more & more how little I know) but with these guys that isn't a barrier. I was recently flooded by spammers trying spoof email from my website. I'll admit this had me panicked but I logged into the Storm portal and explained what was happening, with my limited understanding. All the Storm staff were incredibly helpful, providing a helpful guide on what to do to resolve the issue & reassuring me along the way. Not only helpful but also incredibly patient with me, breaking the advice down into steps that I (a tech idiot) could understand and follow. Pleased and relieved not only to report no spam in my inbox today but also I have a better understanding what to do if this happens again.. Storm Internet gets 10 stars from me!!

We started out with their shared hosting that was super-fast by comparison and also in a good geographical area for our users, reducing load times and saw an increase in our rankings. The support team are always helpful and quick to respond and available on chat foremergences. We've been so pleased with the service wa have just started using a managed cloud server with them too. These guys know there stuff and have got me out of trouble many times!
