James and the team created a great fitment for our home office. He refined the drawings several times to make sure we were completely happy with the design and that it met our needs. The 2 day fitting process went very smoothly with little disruption to us. We are delighted with the way our home office now looks. I first visited the show room to get a feel for their work. James came round to give us advice and an estimate. Wondered if sloping ceiling would be a problem but delighted at how much space inside the wardrobes. Just the look and finish we wanted. Installation done with courtesy and care. Highly recommend this family firm! From the start, James worked with us planning the wardrobe we wanted in the restricted space we had, tweaking the plans to ensure we had all the features I asked for, including a vanity unit, and making good use of difficult areas! When it came to the fitting, Ian was very professional and if asked, would explain different parts of the installation. All in all we were really pleased with it and it has transformed our bedroom!

Very good experience through the complete purchasing process, from visit to factory to see examples of product, to design and finally the installation which was on time and of high quality. When carpet fitter came around to re-fit carpet, even they commented on the quality of the product and installation as better than what they normally see in their local travels.
